Shipping rates

The Netherlands: €5,90 

The rest of the world: €15

Orders over €150 in the Netherlands, over €250 within the EU, and over €450 in the rest of the world are free shipping.

All shipments are insured with track and trace.

Shipments may be subject to import customs duties and fees. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all assigned import duties and fees.

Returns

All international sales and one of a kind sales are final.

Each items are handmade therefore there might be some imperfections, which we take as characteristics. However if you received a defected item, please email ykitodesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. 

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and has to be in its original packaging.
